Thanks JP. The thing is, ROI is an important metric to the future of Social Media. And is something we should all be completely obsessed with. It’s that important.
Jim, ROI is very important. But before we can obsess over that, we need to really obsess even MORE over strategy. Because strategy is much more critical than tactics, which are just downright scary by themselves. You should not use them without strategy first, and certainly not without ROI. Please warn your readers!
