Let’s face it, everyone wants to know what it’s like to be a copywriter.

I’ve hung a sign above our candy bowl on the front porch every Halloween since we were able to take our daughters trick-or-treating. And even though the bowl is usually empty when we return home, last year something different happened.

The reason I love Twitter is not for its massive commercial appeal, nor for its professional networking potential. It’s for the people. As a copywriter, being curious about people is part of the gig. And it’s something you can’t really fake. You’re either curious, or you’re not.
